[Field News] Kazakhstan will burst with rivers of living water!
(The photo above is unrelated to the content)
Hello. My name is Arina and I live in Kazakhstan.
My father was violent and I grew up in a poor family from a young age. I was forced into marriage at the age of 19, but I accepted marriage with the expectation that my life would improve if I got married.
However, even after marriage, I had to suffer from frequent violence from my husband and eventually suffered a miscarriage.
My hope that I would be able to live a happy life once I got married was shattered, and I ended up getting a divorce.
Then I met my current husband and remarried.
My new husband was someone who loved me, but my soul was still in fear and pain due to my wounds.
Then, my husband's family told me about Jesus.
Without even noticing the passage of time, I would listen about Jesus and ask questions about Him all night long.
Jesus came as hope in my life that was full of scars, and two months ago I accepted Jesus as my savior.
I am now sharing the gospel with my family and friends.
And thankfully, I recently had the grace of my younger brother returning to Jesus.
However, the more I believe in Jesus, the more I feel that there are many tests.
Due to previous wounds, Satan has attacked me countless times to try to knock me down, such as feeling like I want to die or not wanting to come to worship meetings.
However, because I believe that Jesus is my savior, I want to pray more and gain freedom from my previous life.
Through the life of the resurrected Jesus, I want to die to my former self and become a new self in the Lord.
Please pray with me so that I can be renewed with the power of the gospel and serve the Lord every day!
If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water (John 6:37b-38).
We praise the name of the great Lord who saved Sister Arina and renewed her with the Holy Spirit.
Lord, thank you for allowing sister Arina to have hope through you in her life and to live with that eternal hope.
Sister Arina's life, which had been lived in pain and despair, has now become a life of grace where rivers of living water gush out.
Please protect her renewed life through the Holy Spirit, and grant her the strength and ability to overcome all hardships and tests.
Please help live the life of Sister Arina, that she no longer bound by sin, overcoming vicious sins with the Holy Spirit and the Word, and leading many people to the path of salvation.
Help her to enjoy freedom in suffering by walking with the Lord, walk the Lord's path with joy, and share the grace of eternal life she received from the Lord with everyone in Kazakhstan beyond her family and village.
We believe that the Kazakh people will enjoy eternal freedom and joy through this news of grace. We praise the Lord who personally cares for the poor and mourning and provides a spring of water that will never dry up.
Let rivers of living water burst forth from the middle of the land of Kazakhstan!
