[Field Story] “Please withdraw US troops” Iraq becomes an unexpected battlefield

Iraq, which became the scene of 'bloody revenge' between the U.S. military and Yemen's pro-Iranian armed group Houthi rebels, officially requested the withdrawal of U.S. troops. After it became the center of conflict in the Middle East, internal anxiety reached its peak.

On the 8th (local time), the spokesperson issued a statement against the U.S.-led international coalition forces, saying, "(The presence of coalition forces) has become a factor in instability in Iraq. The Iraqi Prime Minister's Office criticized, as he called the recent U.S. airstrikes a 'violation of sovereignty' against Iraq.".

On the 2nd, U.S. forces struck the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force and related militias in Iraq and Syria. On the 7th, a drone attacked on a vehicle carrying commanders and members of the pro-Iranian militia Kataib Hezbollah in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq.

The fact that the Iraqi government requested the withdrawal of troops, citing 'violation of sovereignty', raised the possibility that the US military may have carried out military operations without prior discussion or notification with the Iraqi government.

The United States completely withdrew its local troops after the end of the Iraq War in 2011, but dispatched them again three years later in 2014. This was due to a request from the Iraqi government that the extremist militant group IS was expanding its influence in Iraq. To this day, approximately 2,500 U.S. troops are stationed in Iraq, but criticism is heard that there is a lack of justification for their presence in a situation where IS forces have virtually declined.

I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God (Job 19:25-26)

The war between Israel and Gaza is expanding to many places in the Middle East due to the intervention of the U.S. coalition and pro-Iranian forces, and in Iraq, we hear that anti-U.S. sentiment is increasing in the Arab world, such as requesting the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country to defeat ISIS.

It's a situation where the crimes of hating each other are expanded and revealed, but cover this land with the blood of Jesus Christ's cross, and the power of the division that encourages war will collapse and would only God reign in this place.

Living God! Be the king of Iraq and let all souls in Iraq see the glory of God!

So let the long period of war news in the Arab world, be cut off through Iraq and the peace of Yeshua, which the world cannot give, be upon Iraq!

Through the prayers of the remaining churches and global churches in Iraq, who rely on God to pray even in difficult situations, let all the souls of the Arab lands beyond Iraq praise the salvation and power of God! Hallelujah!
