Another firecracker explosion in India killed 21 people.

A police official said that most of the dead people also suffered burns.

According to police investigation results, 4 children were among the 21 dead, and 18 were from the southern state of Madhya Pradesh and died just two days after starting work at the factory.

It was also reported that the families of the dead workers were living on the factory premises.

The police arrested the owner of the illegal firecracker factory right after the accident and began investigating the cause.
