[Today’s Prayer] Hezbollah spokesman killed in Israeli airstrike

The Associated Press reported that Mohammed Afif, the chief spokesman for the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah, was killed in an Israeli bombing on the 17th (local time).
A Hezbollah official, who requested anonymity, said Afif was killed in an airstrike in Beirut, Lebanon, on Monday. The Israeli military struck the Ras al-Nabaa area in the heart of Beirut, rather than the southern suburbs that are a key Hezbollah stronghold, and unusually did not issue an evacuation order in advance, the Times of Israel reported.
He was a close associate of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed in a bombing in late September, and previously managed Hezbollah's own broadcaster, Al-Manar TV. At a press conference on the 11th, he also claimed that the Israeli army has failed to occupy Lebanese territory and that Hezbollah has enough weapons and equipment to wage a long-term war.

Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. (Hebrews 13:3)
An Israeli airstrike reportedly killed a Hezbollah spokesperson who managed the organization's own broadcaster, Al-Manar TV. Please open the eyes and hearts of Hezbollah members who have been brainwashed by Al-Manar TV into believing that war is right, and change their negative attitudes toward Israel! As the Arab Churches in the Middle East draws attention to and intercedes for the war between the two nations, may the reconciliation of the two nations bring all the Arab peoples of the Middle East into a spiritual alliance! May they serve one another, who have been affected by the war, understanding each other's pain and restoring relationships so that there will be no more victims between Lebanon and Israel. May they not see each other as different, but empathize and embrace each other with love, as if they were imprisoned and abused together.
May death and suffering be broken between Lebanon and Israel, and may the two peoples be united in unity and forgiveness! May the two peoples become a people who recognize each other's suffering and embrace vulnerability with compassion, just as Jesus Christ embraced the Jews and Pharisees who persecuted him on the cross!
May the unity of the two nations unite the Arab peoples of the Middle East in the gospel and advance the expansion of your kingdom among the nations.
