[Today's Prayer] Kazakhstan points to Ukraine as the culprit behind the Caspian Sea pipeline attack

The Caspian Sea Pipeline Consortium (CPC), which accounts for a large portion of Kazakhstan's crude oil exports, was attacked by what is believed to be a drone, and the government has pointed to Ukraine as the culprit.
According to the Kazakhstani daily Tengri News on the 19th (local time), Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Aybek Smadyarov said about the attack, "This incident is a very important issue for the Kazakh economy," and "We will naturally discuss this issue with Ukraine through official diplomatic channels." The Kazakh government has effectively pointed to Ukraine as the culprit behind the attack.
The CPC is Kazakhstan's main crude oil export route, accounting for about 1% of global crude oil supply. Companies from Kazakhstan, the United States, and Russia participate together.
According to the CPC, on the 17th, seven drones attacked the Krasdorar pipeline base, destroying the facility and causing no casualties.
Russia viewed this as the work of Ukraine, and it is reported that internal Ukrainian channels have continued to testify that it was indeed their country that carried out the attack. On the day of the incident, international oil prices rose slightly as supply chain concerns grew.
When the CPC announced that it would take about two months to restore the destroyed facility, the crude oil market forecasted that Kazakhstan's crude oil production could decrease by about 30% during that period.
In response, the Kazakhstani Ministry of Energy announced that it would enter an emergency mode and temporarily utilize the Tengiz-Novorossiysk pipeline facility on the border with Russia, and that crude oil exports would proceed normally.
The Kazakh government is unlikely to protest to Ukraine regarding this attack. Strictly speaking, Kazakhstan suffered indirect damage because the pipeline facility in Russian territory owned by the Russian state-owned oil company Transneft, the largest shareholder of the CPC, was attacked.

He said, "To what can I liken the people of this generation? To what is it like? It is like children sitting in the marketplace and calling to one another, 'We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we wailed, and you did not weep.'" (Luke 7:31-32)
We heard that Ukraine was pointed out as the culprit behind the Caspian Sea pipeline incident in Kazakhstan, and that there were also testimonies from internal Ukrainian channels that their country had done it.
As the Ukraine-Russia war continues day by day, the damage is not limited to Ukraine and Russia, but is affecting Central Asia as well, and we pray that the Lord will do a new work through Kazakhstan.
In this generation where no one knows God’s heart and does not mourn, may Kazakhstan become a nation that resembles Jesus’ heart and shares in the sorrow and joy of Ukraine, Russia, and all nations.
Rather than just calculating the economic damage and not protesting, may Kazakhstan become a nation that serves and mediates those who have not yet found peace due to the war.
For this work, may the Kazakhstan church, which the Lord has established, unite with the churches of the Central Asian peoples to care for Ukrainian refugees and share the gospel and love that the Lord has given, and may the global church also prepare practical alternatives and strive to turn Russia’s eyes from Ukraine to the kingdom of God.
In this way, may Kazakhstan rise up as the King’s cavalry that runs hard to spread peace to Central Asia and the nations!
